What is Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is a cloud based productivity platform that includes Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams. At Kanopi ICT we focus exclusively on Microsoft 365 Business plans, designed for small and medium sized enterprises in Malaysia, including business email, device security and cloud collaboration tools.

What is the difference between Microsoft 365 and Office 365?

In 2020, Microsoft rebranded Office 365 as Microsoft 365 to reflect a more integrated experience. Microsoft 365 includes everything in Office 365, plus Windows licenses and additional security tools. Office 365 is now part of Microsoft 365.

What if I already have a Microsoft 365 account?

No problem. We can take over billing and support, assist with license management, and align expiry dates across all users with no service disruption.

Can I switch my Microsoft 365 subscription from another provider to Kanopi ICT?

Absolutely. The process is simple. We provide you with an authorisation link to establish a partner relationship between your Microsoft 365 tenant and Kanopi ICT. You sign in with your Global Admin account, accept with one click, and your subscription is now managed by us.

I want to move from G Suite or cPanel to Microsoft 365. Can Kanopi assist with migrating the data?

Yes. We provide full migration support from G Suite, cPanel and legacy Exchange systems to Microsoft 365, including emails, files, calendars and user settings, with local support throughout.

Can I switch between Microsoft 365 plans?
