We did not start out managing cloud environments. Twenty years ago we were a small team supplying, installing and fixing the machines that kept Malaysian businesses running.

Over time our customers wanted IT that worked, not just hardware that worked. So we kept learning and saying yes to the next challenge.

In 2017 we made our first real shift to the cloud, moving client workloads off ageing on-premises servers. By 2019 we were running fully managed cloud services for clients who wanted less to worry about.

In 2022 we became Kanopi ICT, sharpening our focus on Managed IT Services so Malaysian SMEs get one dependable partner instead of a patchwork of vendors.

Today we are a full Managed Service Provider covering daily IT support, cloud, cybersecurity and business continuity. We are proud of where we started and excited about where our clients take us next.
